UX Skills I employ.

USER RESEARCH

To understand user needs, I conduct primary user research using qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

I also employ secondary research methods such as heuristic evaluation, site mapping, and competitive analysis to assess user behaviors and preferences.

USER EMPATHY

I collect and synthesize research data into deliverables such as affinity maps, personas, and empathy maps to gain insights into scenarios that require solutions.

I utilize such deliverables to design flows and journeys that prioritize the user's perspective, resulting in solutions that address their needs and expectations.

USER INTERFACE DESIGN

I produce wireframes and prototypes to mock up intuitive interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals, and refine designs through iterative testing.

I create and manage pixel-perfect components and UI patterns for scalability, take a mobile-first approach to responsive optimization, and enhance experiences with micro-interactions and animation.

Tools I use.
